Punta Gorda Isles and Burnt Store houses sit empty for weeks, then fill up for season. Lighting control has to survive that cycle: scenes for occupancy, a sensible off state, and a processor that is not depending on a consumer cloud. We specify Lutron with the builder or overlay RadioRA 3 when the house is already finished.
Port Charlotte, Boca Grande, and Englewood (Charlotte side) get the same documented stack — not a different product because the county line moved. If cameras and a network closet belong in the same phase, we design those too so the lighting job is not an island. Travel from the Sarasota studio is in the proposal.
