Light is six layers, not one switch. Recessed downs, cove, accent, decorative, task and exterior, each on its own dimming track and all on one keypad. We design it with the architect and the interior designer before the drywall, on Lutron RadioRA 3 and Ketra, so the decorative fixtures you chose dim the way they were meant to.
What the system does for you
Four things you feel the first evening, none of which need a manual.
- Warm-dim evenings
Ketra and warm-dim LEDs slide from 2700K to 1800K as they dim, so the house goes candle-warm at night instead of grey.
- Controls in your words
Touch panels and keypads with scenes named "Dinner", "Reading", "Goodnight", finished to match your plates, hardware and wood tones.
- Cove, soffit and accent
Hidden 2700K tape dimmable to 0.1%, art and niche accents on their own track, no visible hardware in the ceiling plane.
- Landscape and lanai
Sabal palms, oak canopies and the façade washed from the same keypad; warm path tape on the lanai with gulf-side glare kept off the glass.
Same room, eight in the morning and eight at night.
Nothing in the room changes but the light. The pendants, the cove and the lamp each hold their own level, and one keypad press moves all of them.

Morning coffee, focused work, candlelit dinner, movie night. Each scene pre-programmed to the exact colour temperature and level your life calls for, one press shifts the whole home.
Fixture coordination
We work downstream of your interior designer and lighting consultant. Visual Comfort chandeliers, RH pendants, custom cove in the millwork: every fixture tuned to dim smoothly and hold colour.
Unified control
Keypads, app and voice under a single control layer. We match keypad finishes to your hardware, commission every zone on site, and leave a system any family member can use.
