Seasonal Gulf Coast homes should not pay a subscription all summer to watch an empty lot.
The default 'home camera' pitch is a cute doorbell, a cloud, and a price that returns every month. For a Siesta lock-and-leave or a Longboat seasonal house, that is rent on an empty driveway. We spec UniFi Protect: PoE cameras, a recorder in a closet you own, remote view when you want it.
Placement is the product
Sunset glare on Bird Key and foliage on a Manatee lot will beat a camera that was drawn in plan view. We walk the property. We will also tell you where a camera is wasted because the HOA or the neighbor angle makes it pointless.
