Office suites and medical offices in Lakewood Ranch usually need the entrance, the reception desk, the back door and the parking lot. A dome at the door, a turret in the corridor and a G6 Pro Bullet on the lot cover most of them.
Workshops, contractors' yards and storage lots need the perimeter and the gate: G6 Pro Bullets along the fence line, an AI LPR at the gate, and a G6 PTZ when the yard is large enough that someone has to follow a vehicle across it.
Video records to a UniFi recorder on the property, sized for how many days you need to keep (commonly about 30) and on a battery backup. Owners and managers view it in the UniFi Protect app, each with their own login.
Riverfront and island sites see salt air and summer storms, so cameras go under eaves or covers where possible and every cable entry is sealed.
